By accessing or using the Tranify platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Tranify is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables fitness trainers to design workout programs, manage client schedules, and track training sessions, and enables trainees to log and review their workouts.
You must authenticate via Google or email/password through Firebase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Account sharing or transferring access to third parties is prohibited. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You may use the Service only for lawful personal or professional fitness coaching purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or use the Service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
Tranify acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. We process your data on the legal basis of contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data collected includes your email address, workout logs, body weight entries, and session history. Data is retained for as long as your account is active, or as required by law. You have the right to access, correct, port, or erase your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Processing is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018 on measures implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The Tranify platform, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Tranify. Content you create (workout templates, exercise definitions, session logs) remains your property; you grant Tranify a limited licence to store and display it solely to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect the Service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tranify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The platform is a training management tool and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination you have 30 days to export your data. After that period, your data may be deleted. Tranify may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
